The West Blacket Association is an established voluntary association within the Blacket Conservation Area in Newington, Edinburgh. It is quite distinct from the adjacent Blacket Association which represents 'the five streets' to the East of Minto Street. Our Articles of Association state that our "objects .. shall be the preservation and improvement of the general amenity of the
area comprising The Blacket Conservation Area to the West (and including both sides of) Minto Street".Information for New Residents:
